Refund Policy

 

Overview

Customer satisfaction is the main aim at Web Ceta. However, there are some conditions that apply to our service refunds.

 

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds can only be applied for a scenario whereby the project has not yet been initiated.
  • Projects which are completed or which have undergone the agreed processes, no refunds will be done.

 

Refund Request Process

  • A refund request is to be submitted within 7 days from the day of payment.
  • State a valid reason for the request, such as the service provided did not meet expectations (if this is the case).

 

Refund Approval

  • When refund requests are accepted, the refunds will be started between 7 to 14 business days.

 

Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Refunds cannot be given for custom projects that have already started or have been worked on.
  • Issues originating from the client side, such as delays in getting back to us or lack of information provided
